Clients of The Center for Life Insurance Disputes are not required to pay any money up-front for recovering life insurance claims. Any fees associated with collecting your death benefit are paid by The Center for Life Insurance Disputes. Our fee is not paid unless we recover your claim money. At the time the claim is paid we are paid a reasonable fee based on the claim type, facts* and amount. If you do not get your claim money then you will owe us nothing – we cannot be more fair than that.
*The Center for Life Insurance Disputes does not accept all life insurance claims and reserves the right to refuse claims we believe to be fraudulent.
